Congratulations to Chris Clark (Bearsden) for a very fine victory on the 18th green after a very close fought match with Angus McKay (Clydebank & District).

Angus holed a 30ft put on the 17th to take the match down the 18th. After both players were left with short chips at the short par 4 18th it was a birdie put from Chris that won him the title for the second time.

Well done to both players for a great match and to the spectators who came out to support the players.

Many thanks to Clober Golf Club for hosting the finals, the course was in magnificent condition.
