With the rain earlier in the week and the forecast for more heavy rain along with thunder and lightning this afternoon, the competition at Helensburgh has been postponed until next Sunday. Tee times will be 1 hour later, please e-mail secretary@dgu.org.uk if you can't play next weekend.

We now have the finalists in the Handicap Championship and the Junior Champion of Champions. In the Handicap Championship, Grant Pearce (Clober) will be playing Johnny McKechnie (Dumbarton). In the Junior Championship, Kieran Quinn (Clydebank & District) will be playing Ian Taggart (Lenzie). The finals will be played at Milngavie Golf Club on Saturday 30th September.

Scottish Men’s Club Championship

Scottish Men's Club Championship, Sunday 24th September 2017 @ Eastwood We are being represented by the 2017 Wylie Trophy winners, Balmore Golf Club. This is a repeat of last year when Balmore won the Scottish Championship and went on to become runners-up in the European Tournament. Representing Balmore will be Chris MacLean, James Wilson and Niall Lamond.
