Following their success in the TSG Scottish Men’s Club Championship, the Balmore team of Chris McLean, James Wilson and Neil McConnachie will be going to the Aroeira Golf Club in Portugal to represent Scotland in the European Men's Club Trophy being played on the 20-22 October.
Dumbartonshire GU welcomed Glasgow GU today at The Carrick Golf Club. Although the ground was wet from last night’s rain, the greens and fairways held up well.
A youthful Glasgow team managed a drawn match 4 - 4 in 8 well fought out matches where very few of the games were close.

The DGU "A" and Youth teams started this year's campaign with a double victory over newly crowned Scottish Champions Lanarkshire. The "A" team won 6.5/1.5 at Hilton Park with the Youth Team winning 4.5/3.5 at Carnwarth.
