Members of the DGU Executive are part of a team responsible for carrying out the programme of course assessment which provide SGL with the data required to produce the Course Rating and Slope Index for all courses.

Courses rated by the team in 2023 were, Hilton Park (Hilton and Allander), Milngavie, Cawder (Keir) and the new R&A facility at Hogganfield.
