Congratulations to Cameron Burns (Douglas Park Golf Club) who won the final against Ishan Rohatgi (Bearsden Golf Club) in a closely fought match at Balmore.
Cameron now has the Matchplay Trophy to add to the Strokeplay Shield he won on Friday.
Cameron is pictured receiving the trophy from DGU President Jim Devaney and the shield from DGU Vice President, Graham Smith.

DGU Junior Strokeplay Championship
Congratulations to Cameron Burns (Douglas Park) who won the Strokeplay Championship at Balmore with a very fine 69. Cammie Pike (Lenzie) was in second place with a 73.
The handicap competition was won by Christopher Stewart (Lenzie) with a 63 followed by Lewis Clelland (Douglas Park) on 65.
The players with the top 8 scratch scores go through to contest the Matchplay Championship on Monday and Tuesday at Balmore Golf Club.
