Scottish Area Team Championship

Needing a win against Ayrshire at Kilmarnock Barassie to progress to the national final, our team came up short by just 1 point. After losing the morning foursomes 2:1 a fighting 3 wins out of 6 in the afternoon singles saw the match going down to the final set of games where Ayrshire secured the winning margin of 5:4.
