The DGU Executive is responsible for carrying out the programme of course assessment which provide SGL with the data required to produce the Course Rating and Slope Index.

The DGU team is lead by Andy Robertson of Bearsden Golf Club.
During 2022 the courses to be rated are: Ross Priory, Hayston and Dalmuir.
