Scottish Men's Amateur Championship Royal Aberdeen 25-30 July. West of Scotland Boys Championships
West of Scotland Boys Championships 2016 Mount Ellen Golf Club 11th July Congratulations to Craig O'Hara (Palacerigg) who has qualified for the matchplay stages after finishing in joint 6th place in the strokeplay competition with rounds of 73 and 70. Also playing in the strokeplay were Kieran Hughes and Cameron Govan (both Hilton Park).

Cathcart Castle Golf Club on Sunday 10th July: Well done to Kieran Hughes (Hilton Park) and Max McCluskie (Lenzie) who won their matches. Unfortunately the team lost 12 points to 4. Other team members were Cameron Cairns (Clydebank), Jack Pike (Clober) and Craig O'Hara (Palacerigg).

DGU BOYS MEDAL PLAY CHAMPIONSHIP
Congratulations to Euan McBride (Lenzie) who won the DGU Boys Medal Play Championship at Clydebank & District Golf Club with a two round total of 143. In second place on 149 was Craig O'Hara (Palacerigg) with Ian Taggart (Lenzie) third on 150. The top 16 players will go forward to the Matchplay Championship on the 21st…
